HollaEx® v2.20.1, codenamed Zug, is all about keeping your users in the loop. It adds a notification center to your exchange, push alerts for phones and browsers, and automatic account updates, plus a round of security and reliability upgrades behind the scenes.

Zug sits at the heart of Switzerland's Crypto Valley, where news travels fast and everyone knows what's going on. That's the idea behind this release: when something happens on your exchange, the right people hear about it, right away.
Already running an exchange on HollaEx? Log in to your dashboard for the full release notes, or read on for the highlights.
The headline feature is a notification inbox built right into your exchange. Your users see new messages live while they're signed in, and you decide who gets them: one user, a group, a verification tier or everyone.
Sent something by mistake? You can recall it. Not sure how it looks? Send a test to yourself first. Announcements can go out as notifications in the same step, too.
Your users stay in control of what they receive. Security notices always get through, and promotions are opt-in, so your messages land without feeling like spam.
Notifications can now reach your users as push alerts on their phone or in their browser, even when they're not on your site. Pushes are just a heads-up: the full message waits in the inbox, and amounts never show on a lock screen.
Your exchange now tells users when something important happens on their account, in their own language. Deposits, withdrawals, password and 2FA changes, a new device signing in: users hear about it as it happens.
For you, that means fewer "did my deposit arrive?" tickets, and users who spot anything unusual on their account sooner.
Zug also tightens things up. Passkeys are more robust, operator permissions are enforced more strictly, and security emails that were going missing now go out as they should. Login history is easier to read too, showing the device and browser behind each sign-in.
Your users aren’t the only ones who need to know what’s going on. The new Operator dashboard in HollaEx Web v3 has an Alerts page, so the important emails your exchange already sends your admins can also land in your team’s Slack or Telegram.
You choose what comes through: operational alerts for jobs, settlements and markets that need a look, and security and compliance alerts for things like credential changes and flagged signups. Send a test alert to make sure it works, and you’re set.
When something suspicious happens on your exchange, your team hears about it in the chat they already have open, not hours later in an inbox. Security alerts can include customer details, so point them at a private channel.
If you run an exchange on HollaEx, we recommend switching this on today. You’ll find it under Exchange, then Configuration, then Alerts.

A set of smaller improvements makes day-to-day operations calmer:
A classic stay-connected release -- HollaEx® v2.20.1.
Like the town it's named after, Zug is all about a connected community. Your users get timely, relevant updates in their own language, and you get a direct line to them without leaving your exchange. For exchange operators, this translates into better-informed users, fewer support tickets and a platform that feels alive.
The new screens come with HollaEx Web v3 and the built-in admin in your Operator dashboard. Switch notifications on under Features, and you're ready to go.
