In order to make a market an asset should be paired up against another asset for the purpose of pricing and trading. Market pairing is accomplished through either an orderbook or an OTC broker system, both includes an easy step-by-step set up in the Operator Control Panel.
Nonetheless, HollaEx can be configured without markets, functioning solely with a wallet. This wallet is seamlessly linked to various blockchains, enabling deposits, diverse payments, coin distribution, and withdrawals of various digital assets. In addition an internal transfer function can facilitate transactions between users within the exchange, while custom development through our API allows for the creation of alternative financial functionalities. HollaEx’s Crypto Pro plan and all other higher level plans include 1 token activation and listing. Cloud plans run at about ~$2,000 a month (please check our pricing page), or lower when paid yearly (lower rates for annual payment). Investments are possible through the Staking feature. These are discussed in these docs. Staking on HollaEx gives the operator a large degree of control over the stakes; any asset can be staked, with any assets being rewarded (the system calculating the appropriate amount of reward). This works via the operator, providing a pool of the ‘reward’ asset, with rewards being paid from this, and penalties into it, rather than interacting with the blockchain.

Adding extra liquidity to your markets is simple with a market maker bot.
HollaEx® provides 1 bot for liquidity only on the Crypto Pro and above plans.
Accounts can be restricted by the admin (requiring KYC, verification, etc., to be used). For sign-up in particular, the admin can enable or disable this (thus using a more manual method in which the admin creates the user for a successful invited user). This can also be combined with the email verification required feature to ensure accounts perform this.
Whilst there is no definite multi-account feature, accounts can be used by multiple people, but they will share a single email address.
User tiers are supported, discussed here. More tiers can be set up by the admin if desired.
How many accounts a user has would be something left to your team. The only software restriction on the exchange side would be the necessity to have new emails per account.
2FA is supported. In addition, users can monitor all login activity (live/ past sessions). For the app version of HollaEx, biometrics can be used from the mobile device for authentication.
The platform has tools for the admin to monitor all users' login information and revoke a session if suspicious. Inbuilt there is a suspicious activity feature, and with the API, it could be possible to create scripts that automatically monitor suspicious activity and perform desired activity based on this. There are tools to prevent suspicious login systems by checking IPs and devices.
The wallet interface shows users' assets in a pie chart. All previous balance snapshots are recorded every day so the user can view them. There is a P&L system to display the overall performance of the trades.
All activity is logged by the system and available to the admin either in the browser or downloadable via CSV files in operator logs. Any action taken in the back office is logged. Additionally, all APIs have an extensive logging system, and they are logged on Grafana.
Users are able to view and download CSV files for most of their on-exchange activity. In addition, we have in the past worked with a crypto tax firm to integrate tools to assist in tax reporting.
The desktop and mobile apps are both developed using Flutter to ensure a unified code design. Both front ends can be edited as far as desired, but in terms of the difference between the browser web app and the dedicated app is that the apps are more streamlined in design.
Notifications can be customized by the operator. These can be delivered via email or SMS. For mobile apps, there are push notifications delivered in the native context of Android and/or iOS. In addition the user can customize toast notification for various trading activity events. HollaEx also includes audio cues.
Currently, 18 languages are supported and can between changed easily, both by admin and user. More can be added if required. Any world fiat currency is supported by the fiat control system.

Fees are freely editable by the admin for each asset and each user tier for the maker and taker. This is all managed via the admin panel.

This can be set up with API integrations with third-party tools and emails. There is a built-in email audit system that receives a copy of all important actions.

You need to fork HollaEx Kit repo and add a translated version with a new language by referring to en.js. Pull the request after it has been added and it will be applied in the next release.The Operator Control Panel within your exchange also includes a language editing and strings editing feature set.
You can upload a graphic during your custom token on dash.hollaex.com, or once your exchange is live you can upload a graphic while you are in the edit mode. Simply click the 'Enter edit mode' tab at the bottom left.

By default, you have a license to use the software, but additional licensing agreements can be made depending on your requirements. We do try to provide the features and assistance required to ensure that your project is compliant with whatever your target region is.
Depending on third-party integrations, this varies. Launching purely with the features from HollaEx, and exchange can be live and on the web in an hour. Going beyond this, depending on the integration/ features/ required, this time to launch can be done within 1-3 months, in most cases.
